30 Days of Gratitude Challenge (Day 29) Twenty One Days

Scientists have estimated that on average, it takes a person 21 days to form a habit, and I’m beyond excited that up until today, my habit of meditation has been going strong 💪🏻❤️🥰😘. Praise God for the daily reflective and quiet moments. I’m so thankful that this New Year goal of mine is working !!!!
