Thanks to the Lord’s glory, I had a very good day, albeit having to awake at 4 am. I did so to get to the basketball game at the Crisler Arena on campus. That made the experience meaningful was not only the Michigan win but the kindness of the people whom I encountered today! I saw God in every single one of them!!!
1. I successfully finished translating my portion of the book of Deuteronomy, praise God!!!
2. I selfied with my brothers like crazy 😜 !
3. I watched too many episodes of Spongebob with my brothers that I’m totally in love with this piece of yellow sponge. If I were a sponge, I’d fall in love with Spongebob!!!
Today, I not only got to 91% completion for the translation work that I’m doing with Wycliffe but also took a billion super cute selfies with Adam and Brian!!! Praise Jesus for giving me such challenge to do work for Him over the last half year and giving me such sweet of a family💕💗❤️.
So today was an unexpected productive day!! I’m using the word “unexpected” because I’m usually very lazy during break.
My first and most significant accomplishment today is engaging and interacting with my brothers. They are the cutest things ever, and I adore every second that I get to spend with them!!!
The second is that I got to really put aside time to do work for Wycliffe Bible Translators. I prayed to God when I took on the assignment in June/July that I would be able to finish my work of Deuteronomy by the end of the year, and today I got to the 85% mark!!! I sat down for 2 hours on it, and nothing pleases me more than pleasing God.
The third is that I got to have yummy pastry from pastry house hippo. Of course, I forgot to take pictures of the pastries, but it’s okay, they’ll be in my belly in no time.
The fourth is that I found out about the surprise that my dad got me…holy crab, it’s a pretty sedan car !!! Well, I’m not supposed to know that he got the car for me, but it already happened 😂😂😂😂🤣😉😉😉😉😉
All thanks to the Lord, my last final exam turned out to be smooth, and not only that, I got to hang out with my incredible boyfriend, the creator of this site, Tyler, for 🥘 dinner. Not only I enjoyed his presence, my brothers did as well🥰🥰🥰. We love you, babe, and we are so thankful for you!!!
So…My last final is in 2 days, and I studied my butt off today again, I stayed in the fishbowl for 12 hours and used that time exclusively for my exam. Seriously, I could not have done it without God’s blessing. Tomorrow is another day of studying, but with His blessings from Above I won’t be anxious and know that I can get the amount of studying to let me get my desired marks.
Well, today has been an extremely productive day to study for my Econ 340 final! I finished making rash cards for 26 chapters worth of materials, had good food and lemonades from Sweeting, thanks to the grace of God!!! After that I had the most romantic and lovely time with my love 😍! Thank you so much, Lord, for blessing me today and everyday! I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me for sure!!!
Today started out a bit freaky, wince I needed to have my blood drawn, but afterwards everything went smoothly. I got to have deliciousness have foods from Sweeting, and also my high school friend: Akira, showed up out of nowhere, while I was reviewing for my final exam next week. He told me he was accepted into Stanford Medical School, as an international student from 🇯🇵!!! I am super happy and excited for him, since I knew him in since middle school and I’m high school, I had the incredible honor of knowing his most sincere wishes of obtaining an American Greek card and getting a MD from Harvard Medical School!!! Akira, you make me so proud, and I can’t wait to see what else you will achieve!!! Honestly, is there a thing that you can’t complete?! You’re a computer science/engineering major; have your own start up and wow getting top quality medical school acceptances!!!! Dude, I’m so freaking proud of you!!! I feel like your mother, even though I look prepubescent😂😂😂. I’m so happy to see my friend accomplishing his most sincere dreams!!! Good luck on Harvard Medical School, man!!
Well, today is a bitter sweet last day of being an intern with Zeitouna, per my internship dialogue class’s requirement. I love every single one of the ladies in the group and live the food they make!! Also, when I got back, I had an urge to go for an ice-cream run at Michigan Creamery, so I did !!! It was so yumm😋😋!!! May the deliciousness of the ice cream be equivalent to the deliciousness will feel after my first Econ final tomorrow 😉😋😂
So for one of my classes today, we did an affirmation go-around. Each of us wrote positive qualities about one another on a notecard and gave the notecard to that particular individual. Well, I got to show my classmates gratitude. Not only that, I also felt the love from everyone. I was so surprised at the comments I got because I am my own worst critic at times, so I completely neglected all the qualities that my classmates and teachers saw. Wow, praise God for today!
I inserted the photo 3 days late LOL.
